Not everyone is interested in sex. Our culture makes it seem like sex is required for survival and that everyone wants it all the time. That’s simply not the case. It’s perfectly fine not to be a fan. Maybe you don’t see the attraction. Maybe you’ve tried it and found that it didn’t live up to the hype. Maybe it’s just not your thing.
Many people who aren’t interested in sex are asexual. Asexuality is a sexual orientation, and it’s just as normal and valid as any other.
